The petitioner, in the present writ application, has sought for following reliefs:- "That the present application is for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to count the past service of the petitioner rendered as daily wages with effect from his initial date of appointment i.e., 11.03.1993 as done in case of one Sri Kanhaiya Singh and accordingly all the consequential benefits such as fixation of pay, annual increments, seniority, promotion etc., may be fixed and paid to the petitioner. And further the concerned authorities may also be directed to give the U.G.C. Scale of
Patna High Court CWJC No.23278 of 2011 (3) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 pay of 8000-13500 to the petitioner w.e.f. 22.10.2008 as given to other similarly situated persons. And pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as Your Lordships think fit and proper."
The petitioner is presently working as a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) in Sri Shankar College, Sasaram, a constituent Unit under Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara. The petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Vice Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, for redressal of his grievances within a period of eight weeks from today which shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three months from filing of the representation by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
