Perusal of record shows the learned Coordinate Bench has noted in its order dated 05.08.2025 that despite sufficient opportunities, the petitioner has neither deposited the cost nor removed the defect(s) as pointed out by the office and had been seeking one more opportunity to do the same and consequently, again cost was imposed upon the petitioner.

3. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and office note dated 01.09.2025 shows total cost of Rs.7,000/- has not been deposited in the coffers of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
