2. Notwithstanding the superannuation of the petitioner from the post of Assistant Teacher on 28.02.2021 from G.A. High School (+2), Arwal when he has not been accorded his retiral benefits, he approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

3. Counter affidavits have been filed on behalf of respondent no.5 with a categorical averment that earned leave encashment amount to the tune of Rs. 4,09,960/-, GIS payment/CPF amount of Rs.14,706/- and NPS gratuity pension

Patna High Court CWJC No.10871 of 2021 dt.21-03-2025 2/2 amount of Rs.5,97,120/- has been credited in the account of the petitioner.

4. It is the contention of the learned Advocate for the petitioner that substantive retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner, besides the 1st MACP, vide Memo No. 477 dated 28.06.2020.

5. In view of the averments made in the counter affidavits, this Court finds that the petitioner has been paid his substantive retiral benefits and other dues. However, if the petitioner has still any grievance with regard to non-payment of retiral benefits, under any head, he shall be at liberty to approach the concerned authority by filing a detailed representation.

6. The writ petition stands closed with the liberty aforesaid.
