In the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking relief for time bound promotion.

Petitioner has not granted first and second ACP though in paragraph no.1 of the writ petition he has talked about time bound promotion which is very old matter and the same cannot be looked into after long lapse of time. With regard to first and second ACP, petitioner will be

Patna High Court CWJC No.19253 of 2013 (2) dt.26-09-2016 at liberty to file a detailed representation before the authority concerned, he will examine the case of the petitioner and will pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation.
