The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, Commanding & directing the respondents authorities to make payment of the pension as well as disability pension to the petitioner since the petitioner has been discharged from the service on the ground of disability, saying that disability is not attributed during the service, though no piece of paper has been ever provided regarding cause of disability except rejection of disability pension, only oral information during the Medical Test was given that the petitioner is invalidated due to colour

(ii) For direction to the respondents to make payment of the other terminal dues with interest with arrears of disability pension from the date of invalidation till date as the petitioner is fulfilling the conditions for payment of disability pension."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought, is granted.
