JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2011 registered under Sections 392 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Suraj Kumar, as detailed in paragraph 81 of the case diary, except that nothing has been collected by the Investigating Officer against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in one another case, in which, he is on bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15845 of 2017 (4) dt.26-07-2017 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S.
