The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

One stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of co-accused Anshu Kumar and from the possession of this petitioner stolen jewellery was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that petitioner was domestic help in the house of the informant and for dispute relating to nonpayment of wages false case has been lodged.

No.27177 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 Considering the entire facts aforesaid especially completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No.3 of 2019, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
