JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 24.06.201 passed in Case No. 1618 of 2009 by the learned Member, Teacher Education Employment Appellate Authority, Nalanda (Biharsharif).

Patna High Court CWJC No.20222 of 2010 (4) dt.11-07-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
