JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Khagaria,

Patna High Court CWJC No.19393 of 2011 (4) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 challenging the order dated 18.06.2011, issued by the District Education Officer, Khagaria, and the order issued in June, 2009 by the Director, Higher Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Khagaria, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
