This is an application for quashing of the order dated 28-02-2018 parsed in S. T. No. 67/16 134/17 arising out of Jaynagar P. S. Case No. 37/15 passed by the Presiding Officer. Fast Track Court N-1, Madhubani whereby and where under he rejected the petition dated 01-02-2018 filed by the petitioner to examine him in the case as such police has not shown him a witness.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21894 of 2018(5) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 The kind of prayer that was made in the petition, it seems that the matter has now become infructuous.
However, as informed that Mr.
Ratanakar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner is ill, let the matter come up after two weeks so that any Lawyer attached to his office could assist this Court.
Today, there is no information with regard to either to the case or relating to Mr. Ratnakar Jha.
