This application has been filed seeking quashing of the mark-sheets of B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) and provisional certificate supplied to the petitioner by the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. The petitioner seeks a mandamus asking the respondents to treat Annexure-5 as the marks obtained by the petitioner and Annexure-6 as the provisional certificate of her B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) degree issued by the said University.

The petitioner relies on the information supplied to her by the University under the Right to Information Act by

way of affidavit in a proceeding before the State Information Commission, according to which, she had passed the said examination in second division.

Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, it is not known to the Court as to what grievance of the petitioner still remains.

This application is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, to look into the matter and do not needful in accordance with law and issue necessary mark-sheets in favour of the petitioner, if she is found entitled to.
