JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 17.10.2011 (Annexure-1) passed by the District Appellate Authority, Begusarai, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
Patna High Court CWJC No.22134 of 2011 (3) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law within the statutory period.
