In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 452, 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made that in the night, the accused persons including the petitioner entered into the house of informant, tried to strangulate and later on fired, caused injury to him.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below
