Patna High Court CWJC No.5695 of 2011 (18) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara, which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.

The petitioners shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law within the statutory period.
