JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-11-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020, GR No. 293 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 337, 302, 307, 324, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are ladies; and they are house-wives and they have been made accused along with other accused persons. Learned counsel further submits that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners causing fatal injuries on the deceased. Petitioners are in custody since 24.02.2020.

No.27193 of 2020(2) dt.02-11-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners are ladies and they have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 24.02.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to them. The petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020, GR No. 293 of 2020.
