2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhairavsthan P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons have assaulted the victim and looted Rs. 20,000/-. The petitioner has criminal antecedent also. He is in jail since 13.10.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28477 of 2024(2) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
