The Tribunal has committed no error by dismissing such O.A. Application, where litigant is not vigilant about his or her right. That approach has rubbed on even in the writ application, because the writ application was dismissed for default in the year 2011 and the restoration has only been prayed for in the year 2016 after much delay.
