It is submitted that the matter was agitated before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18288 of 2015 (4) dt.20-01-2016 2/2 forum created under the Indian Electricity Act, 2003. The matter relating to quantification of the due amount has been raised before the Ombudsman created under the said Act. Such matter is pending since January, 2015. The application be disposed of by directing the Ombudsman (respondent no.8) to dispose of the said matter of the petitioner expeditiously. Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, counsel for the Company, has not disputed the said contention. Considering the above, the writ application is disposed of by directing the respondent no.8, to dispose of the case of the petitioner said to be pending before the said respondent since January, 2015, if not already disposed of, within a period of 05 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before the said respondent.
