JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 469, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on assurance to provide employment of two sons of the informant in Jai Prakash University Rs. 3,00,000/- was paid to the co-accused Keshav Kumar Singh in presence of petitioner and others. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that with similar accusation Isuapur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 has been filed by the present informant Ramashankar Bhagat and Md. Safique when both have become witness for each other's case. It is further submitted that there is no proof with regard to the payment to co-accused Keshav Kumar Singh who has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 19893 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
