2. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the recovery is sought to be made by the impugned order dated 02-02-2021, as contained in Annexure-1 to the writ petition, are pursuant to certain directions issued by the Railway Authorities dated 15-09-2020.

3.For seeking remedy against the Railway Authorities, he submits that petitioner would be approaching the appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.10943 of 2021(3) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 forum as per the Administrative Tribunals Act or any other authority in accordance with law.
