Vide Memo No. 1084 dated 17.09.2011 as contained in Annexure-3 to the present writ application, an explanation has been sought for by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur, indicting that as to why not an action be taken against the petitioner in respect to enhancement of his educational qualification after the petitioner being in service. The petitioner being a Teacher is said to have received his salary showing present himself into the School and at the same
Patna High Court CWJC No.23064 of 2011 (4) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 time, he has also acquired Graduate and Post Graduate Decree as a regular student.
In pursuance to Annexure-3, the petitioner has filed his show cause i.e., dated 30.09.2011, before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur, respondent no. 4, stating that after due permission from the District Superintendent of Education, Samastipur, he has been attending morning class. In support to his contention, he has relied upon Annexure-1 to the present writ application.
The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur, is directed to consider the show cause filed on behalf of the petitioner and pass an order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
