Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 534 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with
