The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 04 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the daughter of the informant died due to injection given by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is neither doctor nor compounder. He is a chemist and the entire allegation is false. As a matter of fact, the daughter of the informant died due to accident. For some ulterior motive, this case has been filed. The petitioner is a person of clean

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 04 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Further condition is that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date before the court below till framing of the charges.
