JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-08-2017 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing a part of the order of the District Magistrate, Motihari dated 01.09.2010 by which the selection of the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Siswa Kharar Anganwari Centre No. 6 has been refused; and for connected orders.

2. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts that a remedy against the impugned order by way of an appeal is available under the relevant guidelines.

3. In the above view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority for redressal of her grievances in accordance with the relevant guidelines.
