2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1) That through the present writ application, the petitioner seeks the RECTIFICATION of his previous pay fixation i.e. wrong, and the right mode of his pay fixation is made out through his representation dated 02.05.2020 and the same is prayed to be directed to be accepted and granted to the petitioner as he has made out his case in the present writ petition vide his representation dated 02.05.2020 as annexure to this petition."

3. In support of the aforesaid relief, petitioner is stated to have submitted representation to the concerned respondent on 02.05.2020 but the concerned respondent has not passed any order.

4. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, necessary order shall be passed and monetary benefits shall be extended to him. If the petitioner is not otherwise eligible, a detailed speaking order shall be passed as to why petitioner is not entitled for the relief.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
