2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :- "a) A Writ of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to take steps for construction of
Patna High Court CWJC No.6190 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/3 the Panchayati Sarkar Bhawan forthwith on the seemingly appropriate land parcel in the Gram Panchayat headquarter as the residents of the aforesaid Panchayat are facing extreme hardship in local administration and governance.
b) A Writ of Mandamus commanding Respondent Nos. 4 (District Magistrate, Gaya) and 5 (District Panchayati Raj Officer, Gaya) to strictly enforce the statutory mandates of Memo No. 8354 dated 30.08.2022 and the policy guidelines dated 21.08.2015 within Gram Panchayat Kenar Fatehpur read with the guidelines vide letter No. 8354 dated 30.08.2022 (30-08-22) c) A Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent authorities to objectively consider, evaluate, and act upon the representations submitted by the Petitioners for the construction of the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan, preferably, on the centrally located 7 acres 40 decimals of Bihar Sarkar land situated in Khata No. 183, Plot No. 843 in Village Bhagausa.
d) An interim stay restraining the Respondents, their agents, contractors, and subordinates from issuing any tender, finalizing any contract, or commencing any civil construction work for the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan at the impugned riverbank site during the pendency of this writ petition.
e) Any other relief or reliefs to which the Petitioners may be found legally entitled under the specific facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6190 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 3/3 case."

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the prayer made in paragraph no.1(c) by the petitioner in the writ application, as quoted herein above, the writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Gaya (respondent no.4) and/or the District Panchayati Raj Officer, Gaya (respondent no.5) within a period of four weeks.
4. The respondent concerned shall decide the representation of the petitioner objectively taking into consideration all the contentions raised by the petitioner therein within a period of two months from the date of its filing and communicate the result thereof and the order passed thereon to the petitioner forthwith.
5. The writ application stands disposed of.
