The present petition has been filed for amendment/clarification of order dated 30.06.2010 in MJC No. 340 of 2010 and for direction to dispose of petitioner's claim within the stipulated time and pay the amount with interest.

3. This Court is not satisfied that the prayer of the petitioner can be acceded to in the petition for modification of the order dated 30.06.2010 as no error apparent on the face of the record has been pointed out. The petition stands dismissed.
