1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The present quashing application has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 18.07.2013 arising out of C.R. Case No. 477 of 2012 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners by the learned Trial Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charges, till date, have not been framed, as such the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.

4. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to raise

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52565 of 2015(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 all the issues at the time of framing of charge, if not already framed.

5. Accordingly, the present quashing application stands rejected.
