2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 284 of 2023 arising out of Beur P.S. Case No. 717 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 376, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6/8/12 of the POCSO Act. However, the charge sheet has been submitted under Sections 366A, 376 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 6/8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation, the daughter of the informant went to the shop for purchase the goods and when she could not return, then search was made but she could not be traced. On enquiry,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33413 of 2024(6) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 informant got knowledge that the petitioner has induced her girl and abducted and aggravated penetrative sexual assault.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely and wrongly implicated in this case. The petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 19.01.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 284 of 2023 arising out of Beur P.S. Case No. 717 of 2023 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
