JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 The present writ application has been filed against the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gaya, in Appeal No. 732 of 2009 and Appeal No. 731 of 2009 dated 20.09.2010.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the said order has been passed ex-parte and the petitioner has been adversely affected by the said order passed by the District Appellate Authority. The petitioner was granted interim relief vide order dated 24.11.2010.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18982 of 2010 (6) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 The petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal against the order, under challenge, before the State appellate authority, in the light of the statutory provision under the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015. The appeal shall be filed within a period of 30 days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law.

The petitioner, if so advised, may file a separate application within a period of ten days from the date of filing of the appeal for grant of any interim relief. The said application shall be disposed of within a period of twenty days of its filing. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present application stands disposed of.
