2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.670 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 65(1) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. A 13 years old girl is said to have been raped by the petitioner.

4. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 09.11.2024.
