JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 19-05-2022 On examination of the pleadings in the writ application in the background of which the petitioner is seeking relief for inclusion of some of the names in the voters' list for the Fisheries Co-operative Society, Lahladpur in the district of Saran, in our opinion, the petitioner could have invoked the remedy under the second Explanation to sub-section (1) of
Patna High Court CWJC No.7321 of 2022(2) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 Section 48 of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935 by approaching the Registrar, Co-operative Societies. This application is thus disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to invoke the said remedy under Section 48(1) of the said Act or any other legal remedy as may be available to him.
