2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to pay the arrears of difference amount of revised pay scale of VII pay revision for the period from 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2019 to the petitioners along with 9% interest on admitted dues.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioners to file detailed representation before the Registrar, L.N. Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 7), for redressal of their grievance, along with all the supporting documents within a period of six weeks from today.

4. If such, representation is filed by the petitioners within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 7 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
