JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioners have sought for quashing of the Letter No.246 dated 7.3.2011 issued by the District Superintendent of Education, Samastipur, whereby he has directed to the concerned B.E.O. to cancel the appointment of the Panchayat/Block Teachers as per enclosed list. The petitioners are directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of their grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Samastipur within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
