Petitioner seeks bail in Dhanaha P.S. Case No.204 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 365/34 Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner and other accused came at the door of the informant on three motorcycles and took away father of the informant with them. Father of the informant did not want to go. He did not return. Then, mother of the informant went to the house of this petitioner and enquired from him about her husband. He told that he will return by tomorrow. When father of the informant did not return, he got suspicious that he has been killed. In this manner, only suspicion has been raised agaisnt

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused have already been granted bail vide Annexure-3 series.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Dhanaha P.S.
