The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.225 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim alleged that his daughter left house at about 9.00 in the night on 22.11.2018 to ease out but she did not return. The informant alleged that Sonu Ram, his father(Jagdish Ram) and mother(Laxmi Devi) enticed his daughter for the purpose of marriage.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father and mother of Sonu Ram. In fact, victim left her house in the night and fled away with Sonu Ram. The

When the informant came to the house of the petitioners, petitioners were found present in the house. The petitioners have no manner of concern with the kidnapping of the daughter of the informant.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are parents of Sonu Ram, who is said to have fled away with the victim, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. III, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.225 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
