JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the University. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner with reference to Annexure-09 submits that Syndicate of the University on 18.01.2013 has decided the case of the petitioner for grant of salary to the petitioner for the period 30.06.2003 to 31.07.2005.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the University to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the decision of the Syndicate contained in Annexure-09.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15182 of 2014(2) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that Syndicate of the University has already taken a decision for payment of arrears of the petitioner for the period 30.06.2003 to 31.07.2005, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the University to take appropriate decision for payment of salary for the aforesaid period, if not already taken, within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
