Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhansoin P.S.Case No. 172 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the victim girl is not minor, rather major, which has been considered by learned court below. Further submission is that she married the son of petitioner No.3 and she wants to live along with

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, surrender within a period of four weeks on their so surrendering they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Dhansoin P.S.Case No. 172 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioners will co-operate in investigation and will appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, except on genuine ground, failing which the prosecution is given liberty to move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
