JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 12.01.2017 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners that in title page of order dated 29.11.2016 the name of petitioner no.3, Malti Devi wife of Heera Singh has wrongly been typed as Malti Kumari @ Manki Kumari daughter of Heera Singh and similarly, name of petitioner no.4 has been left to be typed.

Accordingly, in title page of order dated 29.11.2016 the name of petitioner no.3, Malti Kumari @ Manki Kumari daughter of Heera Singh be read as Malti Devi wife of Heera Singh and similarly, name of petitioner no.4 be read as Nanhki Kumari @ Nanki Kumari daughter of Heera Singh.

Let the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below in connection with Nauhatta P. S. case no. 248/2015 be extended for further period of three weeks.
