JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Samastipur, challenging the order dated 07.03.2011, contained in Memo No. 246 BEP, passed by the District Superintendent of Education, Samastipur, which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.
