This petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. lodged including entire proceeding against the petitioner in Gaya Rail (GRPS) P.S. Case No. 324/2018 registered under Sections 147/323/341/307/504/506/353/290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and also Section 137/145 and 146 of the Railway Act.

Considering the allegations levelled in the F.I.R., it is not a fit case quashing.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12024 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
