JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail on 20.07.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 32136 of 2017 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1268(C) of 2014. The petitioners could not furnish bail bond within time and the present application has been filed for extension of time to file bail bond.

Considering the prayer of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, file bail bond in pursuance of that order within further four weeks after depositing Rs.1,000/- in the Victim Compensation Fund.
