JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Industrial Area Police Station Case No. 57 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 509, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased committed suicide but the informant as well as her other family members stated before the police that petitioner no. 1 wanted to marry the deceased and he used to pressurize her for that. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, general and omnibus allegation of misbehaviour has been leveled against him.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45076 of 2016 (3) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no. 1, namely, Arjun Kumar stands rejected. So far as petitioner no. 2, namely, Ranjeet Kumar, is concerned, it is ordered that he, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Indurstrial Area Police Station Case no. 57 of 2016, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
