The petitioner seeks bail in Sugauli P.S. Case No.169 of 2020 registered under Sections 414, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner was apprehended on the allegation that he was watching the activities of the police but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in jail since 19.03.2020. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
