JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 The petitioner challenges order of the SDO, Danapur dated 24.8.2012, cancelling his PDS License no.21 of 2007. As there is remedy of appeal, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal first.
In case, petition for condonation of delay is filed, the same would be considered sympathetically, as the petitioner was pursuing the remedy before this Court.
