Learned counsel for the Airport Authority of India is also present and has filed a comprehensive counter affidavit.

It appears that in the wake of the extension project taken up by the Airport Authority, no further extension of the period of interim benefit can be given to the petitioner as any such move by this Court would only hamper the larger interest of the State. So far as the interests of the present petitioner-Organization are concerned, they are free to ply their vehicles from appropriate places, which may be determined by the State
