Let the defect(s), if any, as pointed out by the office, be removed within four weeks.

The case is registered under sections 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 139 of 2019. In this case, case diary was called for on 21.7.2022 which has since been received.

As per the statement made in the FIR, the accused persons used to tease her and also used to abuse her and on 'hulla', they fled away.

In this case, the police investigated the matter and ultimately filed charge-sheet under section 376(D) of the Indian

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26598 of 2022(3) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts that charge-sheet has been submitted amongst against the petitioner herein under section 376 of the IPC, this Court for the present is not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail which is accordingly rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/Ajay Singh U T
