The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika for Anganwari Centre in Ward No. 5 of Gram Panchayat Ghusia Kalan, Bikramganj, Rohtas and for cancellation of the appointment of the respondent no. 7 on the said post on the ground that the petitioner had secured more marks.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondentState refers to the minutes of the meeting dated 02.11.2007 (Annexure5) from which it transpires that the matter of appointment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.18833 of 2010 dt.27-07-2017 Anganwari Sevika was enquired into and it was decided to cancel the merit list and to take steps for fresh appointment.

4. Having regard to the above and with the consent of the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the decision taken in the meeting dated 02.11.2007 be brought to a logical conclusion, if not already done so.
