The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 07.03..2014 passed in Supply Revision Case No. 17/2013 by the respondent no. 2 whereby and whereunder he upheld the appellate order dated 21.12.2012 passed by the respondent no. 3 in Supply Appeal Case No. 13/2012-13 upholding the order dated 14.08.2012 contained in memo No. 213/Aa Mu. passed by the respondent no. 5 whereby and whereunder the PDS license no. 1227 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17765 of 2014 dt.31-07-2018 2007 has been cancelled; and for connected reliefs.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the grievance of the present nature will be raised before the Principal Secretary/Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department as provided under Clause 15(e) of the Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001, as amended in 2011.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the said Authority. If any such petition is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same may be considered and disposed of after grant of opportunity of hearing to the parties in accordance with law, expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of three months thereafter.
