Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 159 of 2018 for the offence under sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case total three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
